We normally ship within 1-2 business days of order receipt. We normally ship by USPS Priority Mail with 2-4 day delivery. If you need other shipping arrangements, please call us for a quote at 855-921-2639. Please note that some candy items will only ship Monday thru Wednesday, May 1 to October 31, to minimize the risk of heat damage.
Shipping to multiple addresses is available but will only show on the checkout screen. It is not visible in the cart screen. Shipping to multiple addresses will incur additional shipping charges regardless of order value.
Any special packaging requirements may incur additional charges.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Food items may not be returned. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues with our products. If an incorrect item was shipped or an item was damaged in shipment, please take a photo of it and contact us at 1-855-912-2639 or email us at sales@maplelanefoods.com for instructions on how to receive a refund or replacement. Refunds cannot be made for shipping charges, taxes, and credit card service charges. Please call us if you have any questions.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on banks processing policies.
