Granulated MAPLE SUGAR 

Maple Sugar, whether molded or granulated, is made only from pure maple syrup. Molded sugar is a great treat by itself while granulated sugar can be used in many ways. Granulated sugar can be substituted 1 for 1 for cane sugar in most recipes. It can be used as a sweetener for coffee or tea, sprinkled on cereal or yogurt, as a spice rub for grilled meats, or a topping for Ice cream. Try strawberries dipped in maple sugar.

Maple sugar may be kept at room temperature in a tightly sealed container.
